Low/No Sexual Desire or Sexual Frequency Group Therapy
Restoring, Revitalizing, and Enhancing Your Sexual Relationship:
Optimal Sexual Experiences (OSE) Group Therapy
WHY: Are you or your partner experiencing low or no sexual desire, or low/no sexual frequency, or a distressing discrepancy between your levels of sexual desire? Perhaps you already have a good sex life but want to make it great?
WHO: Couples with low or no sexual desire or frequency, and/or desire discrepancy (in which one partner is more interested in sex than the other) who are interested in enhancing their sexual relationship and are ready to embark on a journey to enhance their sexual experiences and relationships.
WHAT: Group couples therapy is an amazingly effective (and cost-effective) format for addressing issues of sexual desire or frequency. The groups run for 8 consecutive weeks (2 hours per night), on the Tuesdays of that 8 week period. We can take 4 to 6 couples per group. The content of the group is based on the amazing work of the Optimal Sexual Experiences Research Team of the University of Ottawa, including elements and facilitating factors of optimal sexual experiences as well as research on group couples therapy.
WHEN: 8 consecutive Tuesdays from 7-9pm, starting April 7th.
