Why do you request a credit card when we first sign up?

We request a credit/debit/HSA card when you sign up with us in order to hold your spot. We never charge your card prior to your first appointment. If you wish to cancel any scheduled appointments, including your first session, that is certainly fine - we just need 48-hours notice in order to cancel without charge, as we have a standard 48-hour cancellation policy.

Please know that all credit/debit/HSA card information is stored within our HIPAA-compliant secure system.
