With over 14 years of experience, I support individuals, couples, and polycules in creating change that feels grounded, lasting, and meaningful. My approach is holistic and relational, attending to emotional, sexual, psychological, and social wellbeing. I focus on strengthening the underlying patterns that support deeper connection, fulfillment, and resilience.
What does couples therapy with me look like? We explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you want to go together. I draw from specialized training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Imago Therapy, and Sensate Focus, helping couples strengthen communication, intimacy, and trust. Whether you’re healing after betrayal or deepening connection, I guide couples toward relationships that feel more secure and authentic.
I’m also passionate about supporting men in reconnecting with themselves, navigating relationship roles, and developing emotional and sexual health. For clients experiencing distress related to desire, sexual functioning, or compulsive behaviors, I offer informed, non-shaming support tailored to your values and goals.
Individual therapy with me is collaborative and strengths-based. If you’re looking for a space to better understand yourself, your relationships, and your patterns, we can work together toward meaningful, lasting change.
I have worked with many women who have seen Justin as part of couples counseling and they have felt his support and guidance were extremely helpful for their relationship. Justin is a kind, compassionate and highly experienced therapist who I would recommend without hesitation!
