Individual Therapy in Seattle
Clarity Counseling Seattle has been serving clients in Seattle since 2010. Our therapists understand many of the pressures that come with living and working here, including demanding careers, relationship stress, major life transitions, and the challenge of building community after moving to a new city.
Individual therapy can help when you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure about what needs to change. Therapy can also be a place to better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, work through difficult experiences, and develop more effective ways of responding to stress.
Relationship concerns frequently come up in individual therapy as well. You may be struggling with communication, intimacy, dating, conflict, commitment, separation, or uncertainty about what you want from a relationship.
Sometimes one partner wants help and the other does not. If your partner is not interested in counseling, working individually with a therapist can still help you understand relationship patterns, communicate differently, clarify your own needs, and decide what you want to do next.

Couples and Relationship Counseling in Seattle
Couples come to therapy at many different stages of a relationship. You might recognize yourself in one of these:
- Things are going well, and you want to keep your relationship strong.
- You care about each other, but communication or connection has become harder.
- You keep getting stuck in the same arguments or patterns.
- You have been unhappy together for some time and are not sure what should happen next.

Our couples and relationship therapists help partners better understand the patterns between them, communicate more effectively, repair disconnection, and make thoughtful decisions about their relationship.
We work with married and unmarried couples as well as people in a wide range of relationship structures and stages.
