Therapy with me is collaborative, strengths-based, and affirming. I help people better understand themselves and their relationships, develop resilience, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic. We’ll build on what you already carry inside — your wisdom, your values, and your hopes for what’s next.
As a trained sex and intimacy therapist, I work with clients experiencing everything from low desire or sexual shame to sexual trauma or mismatched libidos. I’ve completed Antioch University’s Sex Therapy Certification Program and use a trauma-informed, inclusive approach with people of all identities and relationship configurations.
I also integrate evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Developmental Model, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Sessions with me offer space for healing, growth, and the chance to try something new in a safe and affirming environment.
Although I identify as queer and my work is LGBTQIA+ affirming, I welcome and support people of all backgrounds and experiences. You’ll find that I bring curiosity, compassion, and full presence into our work together. We’ll clarify what matters most to you — and collaborate toward meaningful, lasting change.
If you’ve ever wondered, “Wasn’t life supposed to feel better than this?” or “Why do I feel stuck in patterns I don’t want?” — let’s talk. You’re not alone, and change is possible.
Outside of therapy, I’m often riding my motorcycle, loving on my cat, reading a great novel, or exploring the outdoors with friends.
...relationship counseling (all types of relationships). I'm very happy to be writing a positive review for what they do to help.
