I admire the courage it takes to seek therapy and prioritize your emotional or relational well-being. My work focuses on helping clients deepen their self-awareness, improve communication, and move through stuck patterns with care and clarity.
Using a warm, collaborative style, I support clients through challenges including sexual concerns, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those in non-traditional relationships, including polyamory and open relationships.
I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), The Developmental Model, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Somatic Therapy. My approach is also informed by sex therapy training through Antioch University, which helps me work effectively with a wide range of intimacy and sexual health concerns.
I strive to create a space that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and respectful of the intersections of identity, culture, and power. With a person-centered, strengths-based lens, I help clients reconnect with themselves and with others—emotionally, relationally, and sexually.
Originally from Los Angeles, I now call Seattle home. I earned a Bachelor’s in Gender, Sexuality & Women’s Studies from UC Davis and a Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy. Outside of therapy, I enjoy journaling, reading, fostering cats, attending comedy shows, and spending time with the people I love.
...relationship counseling (all types of relationships). I'm very happy to be writing a positive review for what they do to help.
